STEEMA kit contains all the necessary parts for the introduction of the urinary incontinence system (needles and mesh) - this is especially important because only a single use system ensures sterility and reduces the risk of infections.

Transobturator system

The transobturator system consists of two curved needles with plastic handles for convenient grip during the procedure. The 3mm diameter of a needle is the smallest in the market, ensuring less tissue damage when inserting needles.

The kit also includes urethral guard to reduce patient discomfort.

Polypropylene mesh with polythene cover to minimize damage to patient’s tissue during mesh insertion.

The positioning separator helps to determine the proper position.

Retropubic system

The retropubic incontinence system consists of an ergonomic curved handle and a polypropylene mesh.

For better visibility, the mesh is introduced via green plastic tubes.

The system has a positioning separator that helps to adjust the mesh position more accurately.
